Landon got a book last year from a Scholastic book order called, How Do Dinosaurs Eat Cookies. He loves that book. It has a recipe at the end called fossilized lemon cookies. It is our family favorite. Landon and Ethan made some for our neighbor who had just had back surgery. He loved them too!
