Ethan is 8 months old! He is learning many new things. He has figured out how to pull himself up to standing. He has recently learned how to go from laying on his stomach to pushing himself up onto his hands and feet and turnover onto his bum. So he can get into sitting position all on his own! He loves being mobile, though he can only go around in circles and backwards right now. I'm sure he'll figure out crawling very soon. He loves it when Landon plays with him. Landon is so cool. He also loves solid foods. His favorite snacks are dried apple pieces, little puffs, corn pops, and pretty much anything that he can feed to himself. He likes his baby food much better when it is mixed with oatmeal cereal. I think he likes texture. He also loves to spit. When he's mad, he scowls, makes a mad moan or cry and then spits...over and over again. He spits when he's happy too. He doesn't say much yet. He only makes noises with his voice; no syllables other than the spitting of course. He is really observant and very curious. We love our little Ethan!
