Snow

I forgot to post these pictures of Landon playing in the snow. He loved the snow. Here is our back yard covered in the snow.
We got all bundled up and went out to play.
We tried to build a snowman several times, but every time we tried, the snow was too powdery.
So then, I showed him how to make a snow angel.

Landon's favorite thing to play out in the snow though, was trains. He had me follow him all around while he would make train tracks in the snow. He's so cute!

Mirror

Ethan loves to look at the cute boy in the mirror. He can always cheer him up!

The Purpose of Christmas

Christmas With the Churches

We got to celebrate Christmas with my family too. We first had another amazing Christmas meal. I thought it looked so cute with Landon's little table next to the big table.

Then, we exchanged some gifts.
Now Ken won't have to steal my memory foam pillow any more.
Landon was excited to open some more presents.
He made sure all of the garbage was thrown away.
Ethan had fun too.

Mom opened the gift from us.
We had to spoil Mary too.
She got decorative blocks with her name on them. They we painted with her two favorite colors. She wants to have an apartment with these same colors.
Ken got some nice long johns and wool socks hidden in a cracker box. You can't go wrong with a gift like that in the winter time!
A big present!
Landon rips off some paper.
Ethan helps.
Wahoo! A bin organizer for the billions of toys the boys now have.
My very own pampered chef potato peeler!
And some new clothes. I have been much in need.
Grandpa Church pulls out one more surprise.
This is a toy to keep at Grandma and Grandpa's house for the grandchildren to play with.
A tool bench! Awesome!
Yet again, another fun Christmas celebration.

Christmas With the Gallahers

We went to Grandma and Grandpa Gallaher's house to celebrate Christmas there with Ken's family. First, we had an amazing lunch that Grandma Gallaher prepared for everyone. It included ham and all the trimmings. Yum! Then, it was time for the gifts.
Ethan slept while the rest of us were eating. So he sat in the booster chair and munched on some goodies while he opened his gifts.
Landon knew just what to do with the presents. He was thrilled to get more train books and much much more!
This book Landon got is special. His name is in the story. He's the conductor of a little train.
Ken's mom opens a gift from us.
I made little displaying blocks with the different seasons on them. Grandma lays them out on the couch.

Sarah and Great Grandma Trapp get some too.
Landon and Ethan now have matching piggy banks. They're specially made with their names on them and a neat picture of a fire truck.
Ken had a stack of gifts to open. Each box had a surprise it!

Grandpa opens his gift from us.
Wow! A whole bunch of books about cars, trucks, trains, tractors and boats from Aunt Sarah!

Matt's turn to open a gift!
Sarah looks fabulous in her new green hat.
Ethan loves these musical toy shakers.
What a neat gift from Sarah to Grandpa.
This toy was the big hit. Even Grandma Trapp had fun catching the flying balls this toy would shoot out!
Ethan was amazed!
What a fun Christmas Celebration!
