We celebrated Landon's birthday the Sunday after his birthday. He was so excited. When he woke up Sunday morning, he said, "It's my party day!" Lot's of family came over for the celebration. We all ate some yummy homemade pizza that Kendall put together and then it was time for presents!
Landon loved all of his gifts, and he still talks about his birthday party, but for some reason, he looks kind of mad in some of the pictures. He was just pulling some silly faces.
He doesn't like to make a mess with the wrapping paper. He handed every piece he tore off to Grandpa Gallaher.
After he opened each gift, Landon would go show it to someone (usually one of his grandpas).
Landon got lots of great gifts, one of those gifts was his very own fire gear.
As soon as Landon got all geared up, he kicked off his fire boots and wouldn't put on his hat for a picture. I guess he was ready to see the rest of his presents.
Those huge buckets sure come in handy for keeping all of the toys in. They're fun for climbing into also.
There he is, showing his gifts to Grandpa Church.
Everyone enjoyed watching Landon open his gifts, including Ethan. Ethan liked to help open them. Great Grandma Gallaher brought something especially for Ethan so that he wouldn't feel left out. What spoiled, good, cute little boys we have.
Cake time!
Landon had been asking for months to have a Dora birthday cake. He likes to pretend he is crossing crocodile lake when he is playing. So he got a birthday cake with Dora and Boots crossing crocodile lake. He liked his cake. It's a good thing because it took me three days to put it all together.
Make a wish!
Happy Birthday Landon!
We sure love you.
