Sometimes, it is a bit difficult to get homework done, or to simply color a picture for fun. Little brother is always ready to bite erasers off of pencils and nibble the crayons when you sit down to work at the table. Sadie found a successful place to color. Then, that same place was perfect for baking and decorating the family night treats.

Right Out of the 80's
This outfit was 100 percent Oaklee's doing-- the ballet leotard, headband, and rainbow bands on her arm. She looks like she stepped out of the 80's. Love her so much!

Moments I Live For
These are the moments that make my heart burst. I love to see my kids showing kindness toward one another. I love them so much! Landon was willing to read to the little girls while I got Grayson to bed. Thank goodness for my angel children because I can't do it all by myself.
Just Like the Big Kids
Grayson finally got to play play-doh with his big sisters. He didn't try to eat it too many times. He sure was excited to play like one of the big kids.

Attempt At Grape Pickin'
We should have tried to pick grapes sooner, but I have been busy making salsa. The grapes were all cleaned out when we finally went to pick them, but we still got a little adventure out of our attempt. The few grapes we harvested, Grayson happily ate with pleasure. 🍇

Jiu Jitsu Day
It's been nice to be able to go to jiu jitsu with the kids, especially after the shut down with covid. They like being back. They are all working really hard. Sadie is having a great time. Landon and Ethan had to do bear crawls with their partners on their backs. It looked tough, but boy, Ethan just flew down with that kid on his back! Landon was rather impressive too.
Reading Buddies
After school, I asked Zoie what her favorite part of her school day was. She said, "When Ethan come to my class and read to me." The two get to be reading buddies.❤

Fire Truck
Well, he was determined, and he got it. This fire truck on display atop of the piano was thrown down onto the ground after Grayson climbed up to get it. He just wanted to play with it. I let him drive it around on the ground for a bit and listened to him make his motor sound effects.
An Adventure
I have been taking the 2 youngest kids and Odie out on a run, but Oaklee has been insisting on walking, so not as much exercise for me has been happening. Well, we decided to go on an adventure. We walked to David's Chamber and explored. Oaklee and Grayson thought it was great. They are such cute kids.

From the Garden to the Jars
Wow! How I survived this, I have no idea. I haven't slept for a couple of nights. Busy, busy with this bountiful blessing. The tomatoes alone filled a 20 gallon storage tote! There were so many peppers too! We have lots more salsa and some plain tomatoes now. Heavenly Father has blessed us; now I am exhausted, but I am so grateful for the generous parents Ken and I have who sacrifice so much to help us be successful.
Zoie Doll
Zoie had a homework assignment to decorate a paper doll to look like herself. She loved doing it, and it looks so cute! Just like her!
