Daisies!

Our friends, the Stouts, were giving away daisy plants. I was SO excited to get some. Daisies are my favorite flowers. The boys planted them for me.

Our First Summer Trip

As soon as we picked the boys up from school, our family headed out to Huntly, IL where Kendall had a fire class to take. The kids had tons of fun swimming and hanging out at the hotel. Sadie and Zoie loved the bathtub there. During Zoie's nap time, Sadie climbed into the crib with Zoie and piled toys all around her. I was so surprised that Zoie was able to sleep through it too! When it was time for bed that night, Sadie was so excited to sleep on her own little bed that we made up for her. The kids all like sleeping at hotels. This trip was a fun beginning to our summer.

 

 

Schools Out for the Summer!

Stop and Smell the Roses

Sadie loves flowers. Lately, she keeps climbing up to look out of the window at the flowers in front of the house. When we go on family walks, she stops to smell EVERY flower she sees. 

11 Months Old!

 She's growing too fast! I can't believe her birthday is a month away. She is such a pretty baby. I also love the peony flowers in bloom behind her in these pictures. I love spring!

Getting Around

Zoie is getting around! Sometimes she is helping Mommy out, and sometimes she is just too curious. She often finds herself in tight situations.
