Visiting Grandpa

Grandma Church went out of town to visit Aunt Lisa who just had baby Brayden. Grandpa was home alone taking care of Great Grandma Church until his sister got into town. The girls and I visited him while the boys were at school a few different days. It's fun to be with Grandpa!

Doll House

It is SO great that Zoie can sit up and play. Sadie tries more and more to play with her little sister. 

100th Day of School

Ethan had to create something using 100 things. He made this cute turtle with 100 green stones glued to its shell. It turned out really great!

Another Hat

Well, this girl is too smart for me. Her other hats were not working to keep her hearing aids in. This hat is the next attempt. I sewed an elastic band under the chin to keep it on her head.  We will see what happens next...will it last? I hope so. She looks pretty cute in this one!

Tea For Two!

It was Juliana's 2nd birthday party, and she was having a tea party. Sadie, who is really into Mickey and Minnie Mouse dressed up for the occasion. She even wanted her hair straightened and have a clip put in her hair. The clip lasted longer than I thought it would. Sadie's hair is getting so long!

I Just Can't Get Enough

I could stare at this beuatiful baby face all day! She is SO cute! Her hat is from Aunt Sarah, and the sweater below was hand knitted by Kathy Schoeini. Amazing!

Fun at Grandma's

It's so fun at Grandma's house. Sadie and Zoie always have fun there! The dog, Wicket, was being a little more social than she usually is with little kids. Zoie was getting so excited about Wicket coming near her. 

Notice Zoie's hat in these pictures? This girl won't leave her hearing aids alone. The hat is my attempt at keeping them in her ears. It worked this day.

Zoie is 7 months old now! She sits up like a pro and loves to play with her siblings like a big girl.

Signing Time

We've discovered a show on Netflix called "Signing Time." I'm getting some pretty sweet sign language skills as I watch it with Zoie. Haha. I actually would love to become fluent at signing. Zoie should be able to learn to speak perfectly fine, but knowing how to sign could help her connect with other hearing impaired kids.

Wild Thing...You Make My Heart Scream!

"Mom! Sadie is getting wild again!" I'm sure Zoie would say that if she could, but she can SCREAM! She has quite the set of lungs. It's a good thing too. 

New Year, New Ears!

Our beautiful Zoie is starting the year out with some fashionable hearing aids. 

She seems rather curious about the new noises she can hear.  :) What a blessing it is to have been able to get her hearing aids at such a young age. She looks rather cute with them on too.
