Landon loves to dress up all handsome when our family has dinner with some of our favorite friends, the Christensen's. He was all dressed up and ready to go when he asked me to take his picture with little Sadie.

2 Month Check Up

Sadie had her 2 month well child visit. She now weighs 11lb. 6.5oz and she is 22.5inches long. That puts her at the 27th percentile for weight and the 22nd percentile for her length.

She is super healthy and growing more and more beautiful! Oh how we love our Sadie!

Company

Ethan stayed home sick from school this day. I was getting myself ready to take Sadie to her 2 month doctor check up while she was napping. In the mean time she woke from her nap; Ethan heard her and decided that he needed to find some stuffed animals to keep her company. Afterward, He ran right down the stairs to tell me to come and look at Sadie. He was very proud of what he did. He loves his baby sister and loves to take care of her.

Big News!

Landon lost a tooth! Not just any tooth. His FIRST tooth! He was so excited. He had to call up Grandma and Grandpa Gallaher and Grandma and Grandpa Church to share the great news with them. He is just growing up! He was very excited to put his tooth under his pillow for the tooth fairy.

Just Playing

While Mommy Cooks and Cleans

Sadie has to be with Mommy every moment. We keep her bassinette in the kitchen so that she can either lay in it near Mommy or sit in her Bumbo in it to see what's going on. This is the easiest way to get food cooked or dishes cleaned because Sadie knows she is near Mommy! Sadie also likes the noie of the fan above the stove, and it has, many times, lulled her to sleep. What a doll.

Dinner Time with Sadie

We have figured out how to keep our little Sadie happy while we all eat dinner. Even Mommy gets to eat with two hands this way! Sadie seems to be quite happy sitting at the table with the rest of us at dinner time. She makes for a very cute center piece too.

Party Favors

As the room parent for Ethan's pre-k class, I was in charge of getting everything put together for his class party. I spent a lot of time on all of it! I wanted to get more pictures of the games and take pictures of Ethan at the party, but that didn't work out. I did happen to snap a couple pictures of the party favors and snacks though. I thought they turned out pretty cute.



Toys

Here is our little baby Sadie. Starting to take an interest in her toys. 2 months and a week old. She is very curious about her hands and startles herself when she bumps the toys hanging up above her. She will let me set her down for a little bit now. So I can rush and get a load of laundry started or dishes washed while she lays and looks at her toys.

 



Growing Too Fast!

This little munchkin is growing too fast! She has discovered her hands and holds them out to observe quite a bit. Today, she discovered that she can open her fists and hold onto things when I hand them to her. What a little smarty!

Our Baby is 2 Months Old!

I can't believe our baby is 2 months old! Time is flying by. Our family is enjoying this sweet baby girl. She is so pleasant and so smiley now! She loves it when people talk to her, especially her brothers. Yesterday during church, she just couldn't stop smiling and cooing and her two big brothers. They kept her happy the entire hour of Sacrament meeting just by smiling back at her. Kendall and I have the sweetest children. We couldn't be more blessed!

The blanket Sadie is laying on in these pictures is a blanket that the young women from church made for her. I have the privilege of being one of their leaders. I love being with those girls! They are incredible.

Friends with Tally

Tally came to visit and Sadie was absolutely content with her. I think she could tell what an amazing person Tally is.
