Composer

I had been practicing some music on my flute when Landon came up to me and asked me if he could have some paper to write music on. I found some paper online and printed it out for him. I showed him how to draw notes on the lines, and he then got very serious and began writing his music. He would play notes on the piano while singing about trains, and then he would stop to write down notes on his music. It was so awesome! I love how serious his face was. When he was completely finished, he had about 3 pages of written music.

Well Taken Care Of

Landon is usually the first one to go up to Ethan's room when he hears that Ethan is awake. He usually piles a bunch of toys into the crib and then climbs inside to play with Ethan. They are so cute together.

Adventures Continue

The boys were on another adventure searching for bugs...luckily, most of what they found were pieces of lint. It was fun pretending they were bugs though. Who knew flashlights could be so much fun?

Adventures

Landon and Ethan sure have become good buddies lately. They like to go on "adventures" together. The first few pictures are of Ethan, who has learned from Landon how to climb through the stair railing. 

One of the most loved games around our house is TAG! Another favorite game is playing in our homemade tunnels. The boys have a blast! There was even a sleeping section of the tunnel. The boys looked so sweet pretending to be asleep.

 

 

 

 

Story Time

Landon went to preschool training a couple weeks ago and did very well. He was so excited to go to it. While he was there, he was able to choose a book to keep. He chose this Clifford book, and the boys wanted me to read it too them constantly.

Footprint

Landon loves to play with play dough. This particular day, he made a footprint in the clay and was so proud of it! I absolutely love his smile in this picture.

Snoozing

Aunt Mary always seems to get sleepy when she comes by to visit. She says my house is just so relaxing, but maybe the boys just wear her out when she is over. Landon noticed Mary relaxing in the recliner; he wanted to relax with her.

Sunday Pictures

Landon and Ethan looked so handsome in their Sunday clothes. I asked them to let me take their picture. They were acting so silly!

Baby Birds

Pretending to be baby birds is one of the boys' favorite things to play lately. They ask me to spread out their blankets (nests), and then they pretend to be birds that hatch out of their eggs. They make the cutest little bird sounds. Ethan sounds very squeeky. It's cute to see them playing so well together lately. I'm so happy that they have one another.

Be My Valentine

The boys and I had a blast making Valentine cards together. Both Landon and Ethan loved using the glue stick. They both got really good at using it too. They are becoming quite creative!
