Beautiful Flowers

Since we had already celebrated Ethan's birthday the day before, we decided to go out and take pictures of the pretty flowers by the temple for a little birthday outing.
I never was able to really get the boys to both look at me for a good picture, but the pictures turned out so adorable anyway. Such beautiful flowers!
Smelling the flowers.
Well, at least we are all in the picture, even if we're not all happy and looking at the camera.
Danny took a nap while we were outside the Temple. When Danny woke up, we went to see the flowers at the Women's Garden behind the Visitor's Center.
Landon LOVED this little purple tree. He still talks about it sometimes.
Look at that adorable little Danny sticking out his tongue!
Huh?
Landon found a cool tree to drive his truck on.
Here is Landon in front of the statues of Joseph and Emma Smith.
The flowers looked amazing!
We went inside to get a picture in front of the beautiful Christus.

1 Year Old

Here is Ethan the day he turned one. What a handsome boy he is!
I hope he's thinking about not growing up too fast.

Ethan's 1st Birthday Party

Our Ethan is now 1 year old. He had a Mickey Mouse birthday party.
I was so excited to make this birthday cake for Ethan. I borrowed the Mickey Mouse character pan from Grandma Gallaher (Vicki). The cake pan is awesome. The pan was made in the 70s. It turned out pretty great!
I asked Lisa to make these cute little Mickey Mouse cup cakes.
Lisa also blew up a bunch of balloons and put some up along the railing.

Such a cute birthday boy.
Danny was willing to wear some Mickey Mouse ears at the party.
Landon loved sharing pizza with Daddy at the party.
Ethan loved the pizza too!
What a cute mouse!
Great Grandma Trapp came to the party too.
It's time to sing the birthday song and blow out the one candle.
Luckily Landon was there to help Ethan blow out his candle.
Ethan eats his first piece of birthday cake.
It's time for presents!

Happy Birthday little Ethan!
