Eating at the Table

Ethan was just screaming and screaming and nothing would calm him down. He has been working on getting some more teeth. After hours of crying, we sat him in his high chair and pulled the little kids table up in front of his chair, and that was that. He was so excited to be at that table; he was happy the rest of the day.

What Ya Doin' Landon?

Landon can make anything fun. He's such a silly little boy.

Pancake Shapes

Grandpa Gallaher gave me all kinds of cookie cutters. Landon has been wanting to use them. He remembers making ginger bread boy cookies at the Church family reunion we had in November. He kept telling me that he wanted to push them. (Push them into the dough). So, I decided I'd make some sugar cookies, but found out that I was missing an ingredient, so we made pancake shapes instead. Landon loved it. He loves to eat his pancakes cute into shapes all the time now. His favorite is the train.

Where's Waldo?

Where's Waldo, I mean Landon?
Here he is!

Helpful Boys

A favorite activity for the boys lately is doing the dishes.
Landon enjoys playing in the water. I fill the one side of the sink up with water and soap bubbles; Landon spends a lot of time "washing dishes."
Ethan, of course, enjoys pulling the silverware out of the dishwasher and then leaning over the door to sip up any water puddles.

Let Me In!

We have a gate around the TV area so that Ethan can't get to it. I was on the other side of the gate, and he just looked so cute trying to get to me.

More Amazing Food

So far Landon and Ethan seem to have similar taste buds. Ethan is a grape lover now too!

Gentle Circle

This picture wouldn't let me turn it the right direction, but you can still read it. I just thought this was funny. I was washing my new shirt and this is what the washing instructions said.

Blueberries Are Amazing

Landon has always loved pancakes with blueberries, but lately, he asks for them all the time. Pancakes with blueberries must be his new favorite food.
I told Landon to say, "CHEESE!" This is what he did. So cute.
Ethan has come to the conclusion that he too loves blueberries.
He ran out of blueberries and this is the angry tantrum he is having until he gets some more.
What would he do without blueberries?

9 Months Old

Our Ethan is now 9 months old! I can't believe how big he is. He is 19 1/2lbs and 28in long! He's in the 50th percentile for his height and weight.
Ethan has grown so much this past month. He's a fabulous crawler. He can cruise along the furniture now too. He loves to stand. He practices standing on his own and can stand on his own for several seconds before falling back down. He likes to wave. When he waves, he points a motionless hand out toward whoever he wants to say hi to. He's learned to clap his hands too. He has two more teeth up top. They broke through earlier this month. Now he has 4 teeth. He looks so big with those teeth in his mouth. What a cutie pie!

Landon thought Ethan needed a buddy to swing with in his Johnny Jump Up. Ethan thought it was so fun.

Cavities Have No Chance

Landon and Ethan LOVE to brush their teeth. They sit up on the changing table together and brush their teeth with "Thomas" toothpaste on their toothbrushes.

Doing the Dishes

What would I do without Ethan's help?

Playing and Sleeping

Ethan is a little busy body.
After all his exploring, being rocked in Grandpa's arms is just what he needs.

Keyboard Parking

Landon's trains fit perfectly between the black keys of the piano. Perfect parking spots.
